    The jetstar staff is so mean to us!!!! The plane delay 2 hours so we brought some food to eat in our hand bag and she scaled ALL OF OUR BAGS even the small bag only with some fruits. She said it's a little over weight so we need to finish the foods before check in.Then we finished all of foods, going back to check in again also we have to line up again. Finally she let us check in but she didn't believe that we had finished all the foods. She said she would check our bag again in the boarding gate! We feel really terrible and uncomfortable because of her treating, made us in the bad mood during this ending of the trip!
